1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes up to 3-5 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)

Domestic Standard Shipping is 5-7 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping is 7-10 business days depending on your location.

Local Delivery available in ST.Thomas 2-4 business days after your order has been processed.

 

2. When will I receive my Tracking Number?

Tracking Number / Information will be sent to your email soon as your order has been shipped.  Please check your spam folder if it's not in your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 5 days from placing your order please contact us via email at sales@beautyloyalboutique.com Shipping Activity will become available in 24hrs. 





3. Can I return my order?

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

We are not responsible for any damage caused due to over processing of hair during custom color or dye. PLEASE SEEK PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE FOR CHEMICAL SERVICE.
