Refund policy

NO REFUNDS;  EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT ONLY               

Items eligible for returns are: Clothing & Footwear ONLY. Items MUST be in it’s original state (Unused, unworn, new with original tags and packaging) 

Must be returned within 3 days from the date of purchase. 

Must have receipt to show proof of all in store purchases.

Human hair extensions, accessories, underwear, beauty supplies etc. are considered hygienic products. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges on these items. 

All markdown sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
